At Sehat N Zaiqa, we are committed to providing the highest quality organic food products. If you are not fully satisfied, our return and refund policy ensures a smooth process.

Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • Product has been used up to 1–2 teaspoons only.

  • Original packaging is intact and undamaged.

  • Weight will be verified to ensure usage limits are not exceeded.

  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products with excessive usage beyond the allowed limit

  • Expired or sale items

  • Custom orders

Refund Processing

Once your return is approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
If more than 15 business days have passed after approval and you have not received your refund, please contact us again.
